Town of Hallows: Caith Profile (Update)

Town Historian- Any question about the town, and he'll know it.

Leader of the One Man Welcoming Committee- "...you...I haven't seen you before! Hello, and how do you do?"
Personality: Caith is very kind, lively, and giving at the forefront. Extremely open to helping others and doing the best he can to make everyone happy. Many of the citizens adore him, though some tend to shy away from his apparent eager nature. He can usually be seen running about the town, off to help the next citizen in need, shaking hands with newcomers along the way. He is usually very reserved about his own personal opinions and clings tightly to the standards of Old English etiquette and mannerisms that he was raised upon. For this; it is nearly impossible to get a direct negative opinion out of him. A passing game for many of the more irritant and dastardly town members is to attempt at making the young man use a curse word. No one has won as of yet.

Bio: As the Mayor's son, Caith feels it is his duty to help in whatever way he can to make the sheltered little town more welcoming and pleasant for the poor souls who become ensnared in the cursed town. Ever since he can remember he's lent his aid and time to working on restoring the town to it's former glory, smiling and brightening the lives of those around him. In his spare time he researches the curse and various aspects of witch craft,solely for the benefit of finding ways to ease the burden of his beloved town. It is rumored that the guilt he bares for the cursed strangers in this town is not entirely unjustifiable, yet no one seems to know the exact story of the Valentine's, nor their higher seeming rank in the small town. It's been that way for so long that many have possibly forgotten. He has been 19 for over two hundred years, after all.

Abilities: Caith is a scholarly man among other things. If he is not seen about the town fixing this and that or helping some in some manner, you can usually find Caith inside the Town Library reading nearly every magical related book he can find. Having already read most if not all of the rather more dangerous books within the Valentine's personal collection of spell books, he is a very well versed warlock as well. Unlike a wizard, a warlock requires no wand, but must recite a rather complicated language in order to conjure even the littlest of magics. Given that he speaks quite rapidly already, this is not too much of a problem. He is well on his way to becoming a sorcerer, but that is not his aim. The study of his spells are merely learned in an effort to free the town of the curse it has been placed upon.

Other than his affinity to spellwork, Caith unfortunately has very little power elsewhere. His wings are slightly too small than the norm for his type of vampire genes, and as such unable to give him flight. His prehensile tail is also so. The only things gained from the vampire side of his heritage are his slightly faster regenerative abilities, extended canines, and an inclination to divination of the occult. Out of pride to his humanity and bizarrely to his vampire side Caith Valentine does his best to drink blood only when he must, and even in these cases it is donated blood from the Hallow's Hospital and Infirmary.
