ToH: Mayor Application (Update)

(Might as well do Morigan's too =<= The mayor deserves a touch up every now and then*)

Height: 6 ft exactly
Position/ Civic Duty: Town Mayor; always has been, without a doubt always will be.
Personality: Childish, Pouty, and easily prone to having enormous crying fits if things don't go according to personal wishes. Loves to hold town meetings, though often pointless and simply for the sake of showing off personal things like new outfits or the occasional Town Event. For the most part, Morigan is happy and care free, but can easily become upset at the slightest bit of negativity. The Mayor would be a prime example of the year of the monkey, if they were actually diligent. Among other things, Morigan loves to be complemented, is horrendously and hypocritically terrified of scary things _{(including the dark, ghosts, and sometimes Morigan's very own shadow*)} , and beyond any measurable scare of forgetfulness.

Biography: Morigan has always been a bright, simpleminded vampire, easily swayed by whatever whim comes to mind. One day, by slight suggestion of the king, who favored this particular person above all else in the town, decreed Morigan be the mayor...and ever since then the town has consecutively picked Morigan as their mayor simply out of habit and indifference. As the mayor, Morigan does very little other than gallivant about the town in fully aristocratic glamour, happy to have everything organized by the other council members and Caith.

Morigan can often be seen tending to the Valentine garden, located scenically just in front of the Valentine Manor east of the Town Hall. If they are not there, then the Tailor Shop owned by the lovely and dainty Mimi is another particularly fond place of the Mayor's, as it is the best place to find high quality wears at affordable prices and custom designs. Together they both pretend to have a quite sophisticated and fine cup of tea though neither of them can drink it. Lastly, if neither at their home, the Town Hall, or the Tailor's shop; the Mayor is simply lost in the very town they were raised, a fretting and confused face whilst tittering about being a primary indication.

Other:
- Cries at least twice a day if at home, usually more outside.
- Saying the word "Ball" around Morigan is like saying "Disney World" to a five year old.
- Act's like the child in the Parent-Son relationship with Caith, but isn't.
- Constantly Sizing up every citizen in town to be Caith's betrothed. Every. One.
-Loves Tarts.
-Often at the hospital, (has a personal blood bank*)
-Laments about not being able to eat said Tarts.
- Ironically has a severe case of Taphophobia. Won't go within a block of the graveyard.
